Regulations of „Zielone Tarasy” Holiday Resort in Barcie

Including GDPR Provisions

  1. The tourist facility „Zielone Tarasy” in Barcie provides individual clients and organised groups of clients (hereinafter Guests) with short-term rental services for the cottages located on the Resort premises, in accordance with the price list currently in effect at the Resort. Detailed information about the Resort, the cottages and their furnishings, as well as prices, can be obtained by calling +48 606-973-356 or at the website http://www.zielonetarasy.com
  2. A stay on the premises is authorised on the basis of a preliminary reservation made in advance and a deposit paid to confirm it, which is effected in accordance with the following rules:
    • a) the subject of the reservation is the rental of a chosen cottage or cottages on the Resort premises. The minimum rental period is 2 nights; occupation of the cottages begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Other hours are possible upon prior arrangement with the Hosts of the facility.
    • b) the cottage rental agreement does not require a written form; its conclusion on the terms set out in these Regulations is confirmed by the Guest's payment of a deposit towards the fee for the stay.
    • c) reservations may be made by telephone at +48 606-973-356, or by email at tady@zielonetarasy.com. During the telephone enquiry or email correspondence, the Host of the Resort will inform the applicant of reservation availability, the total fee for the entire period of stay covered by the reservation, the deposit amount whose payment is required to secure the reservation, and the bank account number to which the deposit should be paid.
    • d) the preliminary reservation expires if the deposit is not received in the designated Resort bank account within 3 days.
    • e) the deposit paid towards the stay is 30 % of the fee for the entire period covered by the reservation; the remaining amount is to be paid on the first day of the stay upon collection of the keys.
    • f) the Guest is entitled to cancel the stay at the Resort by submitting a written statement no later than 21 days before the day the stay begins, and in such case 50 % of the paid deposit is refunded. If the cancellation statement is submitted after that deadline or is not submitted at all, the deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited to the Resort,
    • g) failure of the Guest to arrive at the Resort premises on the date resulting from the reservation by 8:00 PM of that day results in termination of the concluded rental agreement, and in such case the Resort has freedom to dispose of the cottage or cottages covered by that agreement, and the deposit paid is non-refundable and is forfeited to the Resort. This does not apply where, before that hour, the Guest has notified the Resort of the delay by telephone at +48 606-973-356, by email at; tady@zielonetarasy.com, providing the planned arrival time or date; however, in this case the fee for the stay is charged in accordance with the previously made reservation.
    • h) with the owner's consent, a stay on the Resort premises is also permitted without a prior reservation and deposit payment; in this case, the conclusion of the rental agreement for the cottage or cottages on the terms set out in these Regulations is confirmed by the Guest's payment for the agreed stay.
  3. Upon arrival at the Resort premises, Guests are required to register by filling in a registration card, to complete other formalities related to the stay, and to pay to the owner, in a single upfront payment, the remaining amount after deduction of the deposit.
  4. The registration card contains the following data; first and last name, duration of stay, address and place of permanent residence, number of one of the documents; PESEL/passport/ID card, the registration number of the vehicle in which they are travelling, and the tourist's signature. This data is at the exclusive disposal of the facility owner and serves to protect the facility against vandalism, damage, theft and in situations of non-compliance with the Resort's regulations. The personal data obtained is not subject to any processing except by authorised services. The facility does not maintain a database. Documents containing personal data are destroyed at the end of the season.
  5. Handover of keys and collection of the cottages takes place in the presence of the Resort owner, after the Guest has inspected the cottage and the property and reported any objections.
  6. Shortening of the stay by Guests does not entitle them to request a refund of fees already paid. Extension of the stay at the Resort (beyond the time indicated by the hotel day (10:00 AM) requires the owner's consent. It results in a charge at the rate; 1 hour = 20 PLN.
  7. Each cottage will be issued 1 set of keys, comprising 1 cottage key, 1 rowboat key. The pedal boat and kayak keys are kept in the gazebo and must be returned there after each use. A fee of 30 PLN is charged for the loss of any key, or the person who reserved the cottage must purchase and replace the padlock.
  8. Any defects in the cottages or other problems concerning the operation of the Resort that arise during use must be reported by Guests to the Resort owner on an ongoing basis. Any damage caused is charged to the Guests of the respective cottage.
  9. It is forbidden to swap cottages between Guests, to move or relocate furniture, or to exchange dishes and other cottage furnishings.
  10. It is forbidden for Guests to possess or leave on the Resort premises any hazardous materials, in particular flammable, corrosive or foul-smelling substances.
  11. Guests bear liability for all damage caused by and in connection with the loss, destruction or damage of the cottages and their furnishings, as well as of other structural and equipment elements of the Resort. Guests are required to pay for such damage when returning the cottage, in accordance with calculations indicated by the Resort owners based on current purchase or repair prices.
  12. Bringing money and belongings by Guests into the cottages and onto the rest of the Resort premises does not constitute a storage agreement or any other similar contract.
  13. Guests are required to maintain peace and order in the cottages and on the rest of the Resort premises, and to not disturb the stay of other Guests. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM of the following day.
  14. Smoking is completely prohibited in the cottages. In addition, it is forbidden to light fires in places not designated for that purpose, to leave an open fire unattended, to use irons, cookers or heating appliances other than those provided as cottage equipment, as well as any other devices that may pose a fire hazard.
  15. Only Guests are authorised to stay permanently on the Resort premises; however, the stay of children and young people under 18 on the Resort premises is permitted only under the supervision of adults. Persons who are not Guests but are present on the Resort premises at the invitation of Guests are required to leave the Resort by 10:00 PM, and their overnight stay on the Resort premises without the consent of the host of the facility is forbidden. Guests who have invited such persons bear responsibility for them, including for their compliance with the provisions of these Regulations.
  16. Guests and other persons disturbing the peace and order at the Resort or violating other provisions of these Regulations may be removed from its premises by the Resort host, without any right to compensation.
  17. Animals staying on the premises must have current and documented rabies vaccinations (applies to dogs). In connection with the stay of animals on the premises, the owners bear full responsibility for their behaviour. The Resort is not liable for their loss, injury or illness.
  18. Owners of animals;
    • a) bear liability towards the Resort, other Guests and other persons present on the Resort premises for any damage, injuries and wounds caused by such animals,
    • b) are required to supervise such animals and to use appropriate safety measures (such as a leash and muzzle in the case of dogs), and to promptly clean up after their pets, (whereby solid waste must be placed in appropriate bags and disposed of in the bins located on the Resort premises),
    • c) are required to ensure that such animals sleep only on their own bedding or in crates (in particular, it is forbidden for such animals to sleep on beds, armchairs or other cottage furnishings).
  19. The Resort permits Guests to park their cars and other vehicles on the premises. Parking on the Resort premises is free of charge and unsupervised. Guests park their vehicles on the premises without entering into a storage agreement for those vehicles or the belongings and money left inside them, or any other similar contract. The Resort is not liable for the loss, destruction or damage of those vehicles or the property left inside them.
  20. In the event of any comments or complaints regarding the level of services at the facility, Resort staff, the cottages and their furnishings, cleanliness and order on the Resort premises, Guests are kindly asked to contact us by telephone at +48 606-973-356, by email at tady@zielonetarasy.com, or in person with the Resort host.
  21. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
  22. Guests, by paying the deposit, or, if the obligation to pay it did not apply to them, by paying the fee for the stay at the Resort, and persons invited by them, by entering the Resort premises, accept these Regulations without reservation and undertake to comply with them.
