Included in the cottage rental price
The cottage rental price includes the use of all equipment inside the cottage, as well as gas, water, firewood for the bonfire, fireplace and smokehouse, and watercraft. It also includes use of all facilities and equipment on the property, namely: sports courts (volleyball, basketball, badminton), swings, table tennis table with equipment, volleyball and basketball, smokehouse, jetties on the lake and pond, fish ponds, herb garden, fire pit and gazebo with stone fireplace. These facilities are available to Guests of both cottages.
Additional Charges
An additional fee is charged for a dog / cat, consumption of fish caught in the ponds (at listed prices) and 50% of electricity consumption costs (per sub-meter readings).

Guests fishing at Zielone Tarasy are required to follow the Polish Angling Association's Amateur Fishing Regulations.
Reservation Terms
Bank transfer
Reservation is guaranteed by paying a deposit of 30% of the cottage rental amount within 3 days of the preliminary reservation.
The remaining balance is due on the first day of the stay.
