Are you looking to spend your summer vacation with your family in the best way possible, well look no further. We are offering you a great wooden built summer house surrounded by an enclosed field. The area of the field is 1000 m by 1000 m equaling to 1 hectar that has a direct path to a lake which is called "Przerośl" The field features: A basketball court, volleyball net, and an area for a bonefire. The field also features a two private fishing ponds. The cost of the rental of the summer houses includes all the features listed above, but an additional fee must be payed for fishing in the pond and equipment rentals such as canoes, boats, etc.

The area of the first house is as follows:

  • downstairs (salon, bathroom, kitchen, shower) - 24 m2
  • veranda - 9,20 m2
  • salon, bathroom, kitchen, shower - 25,5 m2
  • veranda - 12 m2

  • 5 beds (second house - 4 beds)
  • A table and 2 benches are featured on the veranda

  • Kitchen materials such as dishes, knives, etc. are included

  • A forest called "Puszcza Romincka" about 1000 m
  • beach - 200 m

  • bus stop in the direction of Gołdap, Suwałki - 200 m
